Phoebe leads design for N+I, building distinctive identities for N+I’s ventures. She is a Partner at Previously Unavailable, and leads a highly creative team of designers on a range of start-up and scale-up projects – such as Ārepa, Bustle, Taxi, Ideally, Extraordinary, Education Perfect, Andfoods, Tracksuit and many more. Prior to joining Previously Unavailable, Phoebe launched her career at Red Antler in NYC and went on to work at leading design company Alt Group in NZ.

James is the founding partner of Previously Unavailable and a co-founder of several high-profile New Zealand startups including Tracksuit and AF Drinks. He’s one of the world’s better-known experts on marketing and advertising effectiveness. He’s the author of two books on the subject – The Case for Creativity and Future Demand – which bring together evidence-based research to help organisations better plan brand, marketing and advertising strategy. James is also the programme director of the Master of Advertising Effectiveness, a global online professional development programme for marketing and advertising people.

Hannah is COO for N+I, working to streamline our studio’s strategies and processes for maximum efficiency and innovation. Prior to New + Improved, Hannah was CEO and founder of her own technology start up in the donation tax space, which built on her previous 15 years’ experience as a technology lawyer both in New Zealand and the UK.

Antony leads Product and Technical development at New + Improved. Experienced in pre-seed and seed stage companies and an expert in rapidly finding product market fit. Antony has worked in startups and early-stage companies for more than a decade Co-founding several companies including Tracksuit, Zavy and Ideally. Prior to that, Antony worked in Data Science and Machine Learning both in New Zealand and London working with blue chip companies across Europe, North America and APAC.
